About

We are building a next-generation digital investment bank that will serve institutional, corporate, intermediary and private clients in B2C, B2B and P2P environments.

We are creating our own proprietary artificial intelligence and distributed ledger technology to rebuild existing banking infrastructure and to help integrate the traditional and digital financial systems.

Fincross International (registered as RUBIX Financial Group Ltd) has applied for an investment banking license from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC).

To fulfil our vision to provide and extend crypto-related financial products and services globally, we will continue to pursue appropriate licenses in Mauritius and other jurisdictions that are paving the way with legal frameworks specific to the fintech, crypto and DLT industry.
