Former currency trader, analyst and fund manager, Mr. James has 9 years of experience in investment management across foreign exchange and cryptocurrency markets. As a co-founder of Fincross International, Mr. James provides support to the strategic development of the firm in harmony with the evolving landscape of the digital asset markets and the core infrastructure that underpins these markets and connects them to the traditional financial system. Mr. James supports the firm’s business development and marketing strategy and is a vocal spokesperson for the firm.
Mr. James is a Founding Partner of Rolle Capital and formerly an Investment Manager at PE Capital with experience in systematic trading and quantitative long/short strategies in currency markets working across London, Monaco and Mumbai.

With 35 years of C level roles across many sectors in Europe, North America, APAC and the Middle East, Mr. Jodlowski brings significant relevant experience to Fincross International with particular emphasis on funding, compliance, financial reporting and managing rapid strategic growth. Mr. Jodlowski is a key player in the growth strategy of the firm, creating the appropriate corporate, compliance and governance structure in accordance with multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks.
Mr. Jodlowski previously held CFO roles at Kingdom Holding’s Jeddah Economic Company, Emirates Investment Authority and Istithmar, the private equity arm of Dubai World.

Mr. Smith has over 20 years of experience architecting and managing the development of enterprise grade software. Mr. Smith oversees all data science, software engineering and IT initiatives at Fincross International with a particular focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to deliver Fincross International’s next-generation trading and investment banking services.
Mr. Smith founded Eriden, an artificial intelligence consulting firm that specializes in machine learning applications for the finance, automotive, security and manufacturing industries. Prior to this, Mr. Smith sold his startup while studying at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and joined Microsoft as a Solutions Architect and more recently led the team in 2017 that won the GeekPark International AI Challenge in Shanghai.

Mr. Elson is a lawyer, entrepreneur, deal-maker and accomplished senior executive. With 20 years of legal experience as both in-house counsel for numerous Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Elson co-founded a global managed legal services company, Alexius.
Mr. Elson was formerly VP of regulatory affairs for AT&T Broadband and TCI Communications during the digital transition of the telecom industry.
Mr. Warren is an entrepreneur, operations and business development executive with over 20 years of experience in process management, project management, AI and machine learning development and sales and marketing. Mr. Warren provides the organization and support system for all of Fincross International's activities and assists the CFO with financial projections and analyses. Mr. Warren implements operational efficiencies and communication strategies, ensuring that all program initiatives align with the company's core values and culture.
Mr. Warren formerly held COO positions at JITGA Inc, Nanovated, SkywriterMD and Creative Integrations and is an operations executive specialized in early stage technology companies.

Mr. Lagevardi has 8 years of technical and investment experience in the blockchain and digital asset sector. Combining his passion for economics, technology and capital markets, Mr. Lagevardi co-founded Fincross International with Henry James and has architected the integration of the firm in the blockchain and digital asset sector, taking into account the many innovations that have emerged and evolved since the release of Bitcoin in 2009.
Mr. Lagevardi leads the firm's research and innovation team, alongside the technology team.

Mr. Swaly is the COO and co-founder of Flo Live Ltd and holds board and advisory positions for a number of technology and fintech related companies, including a board member position for the Mauritian investment banking operation of a global venture capital fund.
Ms. Joseph is a dynamic banking, finance and consulting professional with over 25 years in capital markets and related sectors. As the OECD's blockchain consultant and one of the world's most influential contributors to fintech regulatory frameworks, Ms. Joseph is championing the cause for responsible blockchain adoption with policy makers, governments and industry players. Ms. Joseph provides the Board with invaluable insight on regulatory and industry trends, which shape the firm's present and future licensing and compliance strategies internationally.
Ms. Joseph has sat on the Board and held Managing Director and senior management level positions across APAC at RBS, Macquarie Group, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Elara Capital. Today Ms. Joseph is a fintech and regulatory consultant to the FSC and the government of Bermuda, Antigua, Serbia and the Premier office of South Australia.

Mr. Truchi has 40 years of experience in corporate, investment and private banking. He is the former Worldwide CEO for the Private Banking division of Société Générale and was a member of the Group Management Committee for SG Group.
Aside from this function, Mr. Truchi was the Chairman on a number of boards including SG Trust Asia, Switzerland, Japan and Monaco as well as a Director of Rockefeller Financial Services in New York.
Mr. Madelin is a lawyer and French politician who has held several top positions in government between 1986 and 2007, including Minister of Economy and Finance. During his ministerial career, Mr. Madelin was in charge of numerous reforms in: energy, air traffic, aerospace, telecoms (transitioning the market to digital technology), automotive and several more.
Today, he is an active board member for technology and aeronautical companies and an advisor to a number of investment funds in France and overseas.
Mr. Gupta is a technologist, policy analyst and world-renowned consultant in the cryptography, energy policy, defence, security, resilience and disaster management industries. He is a technology strategist, instrumental in the creation of the Dubai Blockchain Strategy and the founder of Hexayurt Capital – a venture fund dedicated to building the Internet of Agreements.
Mr. Gupta contributed to the 2015 release of the Ethereum network and founded Mattereuem, a court that understands the nature of cryptocurrencies, making physical property and intellectual property transactable on a blockchain.
Mrs. Amezcua has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and investor working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and finance in multitple vertical markets across the globe. She began her career in commercial and private banking and then went on to build and exit hundreds of successful companies with her teams of experts in alternative energy, fintech, healthcare, technology, media and telecom through the global merchant and investment bank that she co-founded.
Mrs. Amezcua has a strong track record in private equity where she co-owned a NYSE-listed private equity fund and co-founded the European Stock Exchange Fund.
Mr. Mulhim is the CEO and founder of EastNets, a market leading global provider of compliance and payment solutions for the financial services industry.
Mr. Mulhim has expert skills in banking, electronic payments, e-commerce and SEPA. Over the past 34 yers, he has developed and implemented standardized and individual solutions against financial crime and EastNets has grown to serve 1000 customers including some of the largest international financial institutions.
Dr. Fachkha is a master trainer, educator and consultant in cybersecurity with more than 10 years of experience in industry and academia. He has worked on several large scale projects for various federal agencies and he is affiliated with National Cyber-Forensics and Trading Alliance Canada and holds a certificate in university teaching.
Dr. Fachkha currently works at Steppa Cyber Inc and is the cybersecurity senior consultant and educator at the University of Dubai.
