Former currency trader, analyst and fund manager, Mr. James has 10 years of experience in investment management across Forex and crypto markets. Mr. James supports the strategic development of Fincross' financial applications in harmony with the evolving landscape of the digital asset sector and the distributed financial systems that underpin them and connect them to the traditional financial system. Mr. James oversees Fincross' commercial and marketing strategy and is a vocal spokesperson for the company.

Mr. Jodlowski is a key player in the go-to-market strategy of the company, creating the appropriate corporate, compliance and governance structure in accordance with multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks.
Mr. Jodlowski previously held CFO roles at Kingdom Holding's Jeddah Economic Company, Emirates Investment Authority and Istithmar, the private equity arm of Dubai World.

Mr. Elson has over 25 years of experience developing and managing legal and compliance strategies within highly regulated industries for a variety of Fortune 500, middle market and early stage companies. Mr. Elson's leadership at Fincross is focused on developing and managing a forward-thinking legal framework to mitigate risk across multiple jurisdictions while also maximizing efficiencies through the Finex blockchain and its dynamic workflow processes and compliance components.
Mr. Elson is a Founding Partner of the digital law firm, Alexius Legal Solutions, and formerly held executive roles at TCI, AT&T Broadband, Adelphia and served as chief counsel for a number of technology companies.

Combining his passion for economics, technology and capital markest, Mr. Lagevardi is a key contributor to the unique design features of the Finex blockchain, enabling a vibrant digital asset investment ecosystem to expand atop of this distributed financial system. Mr. Armbruster is a multi-lingual community marketing and management specialist with 8 years of experience, including 5 years at PlayStation. Mr. Armbruster plays an invaluable role in building a diverse and organic community of investors, issuers and developers that contribute to Fincross' open-source effort to develop the Finex blockchain and create a whitelisted investment network for the digital asset sector. Mr. Armbruster manages a team of regional community managers and oversees the Fincross Bounty Program.

As the OECD's blockchain consultant and one of the world's most influential contributors to fintech regulatory frameworks, Ms. Joseph is championing the cause for responsible blockchain adoption with policy makers, governments and industry players. Ms. Joseph provides the Board with invaluable insight on regulatory and industry trends, which shape the firm's present and future licensing and compliance strategies internationally.

Aside from this function, Mr. Truchi was the Chairman on a number of boards including SG Trust Asia, Switzerland, Japan and Monaco as well as a Director of Rockefeller Financial Services in New York.
Mr. Madelin is a lawyer and French politician who has held several top positions in government between 1986 and 2007, including Minister of Economy and Finance. During his ministerial career, Mr. Madelin was in charge of numerous reforms in: energy, air traffic, aerospace, telecoms (transitioning the market to digital technology), automotive and several more.
Today, he is an active board member for technology and aeronautical companies and an advisor to a number of investment funds in France and overseas.
Mr. Gupta is a technologist, policy analyst and world-renowned consultant in the cryptography, energy policy, defence, security, resilience and disaster management industries. Dr. Fachkha is a master trainer, educator and consultant in cybersecurity with more than 10 years of experience in industry and academia. He has worked on several large scale projects for various federal agencies and he is affiliated with National Cyber-Forensics and Trading Alliance Canada and holds a certificate in university teaching.
Dr. Fachkha currently works at Steppa Cyber Inc and is the cybersecurity senior consultant and educator at the University of Dubai.
